Our four-step building plan

Once your new prefabricated structure is prepared in our manufacturing facility, it is prepared for transport.
Using our own truck, we deliver the complete package to your desired construction site, after which our assembly team gets to work installing the structure for you.
This is where our four-step construction plan gets underway.

The concrete shell

The concrete frame is the basis of your structure.
First, the dimensions of your structure are carefully marked out with a laser after which the concrete piles are placed and stabilized.
Then the concrete slabs are placed between the concrete piles.

Windows & doors

Once the concrete shell is in place, our carpenters are called in to install the windows and doors.
The frames are carefully assembled after which the doors and window sections are hung with precision.

The roof

After the windows and doors are installed, the roof is installed.
The precast top gables and roof trusses are positioned and assembled after which the roof sheeting and roof trim is applied.
Now your structure is wind and watertight.

Wall Finishing

The final step is the wall finish.
Wall finishes can include wood, stone or a combination of these.
The insulation, interior paneling and concrete floor are also installed at this stage of construction, if applicable.
